3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the grap333 Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe requested by grap333 may result in account suspension.
3.4 By registering, you represent and warrant that:

5.3 Deposits are generally credited to your grap333 Wallet in real time. grap333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet providers.
5.4 grap333 does not accept payments from third parties. All payment instruments used to fund your Account must be legally owned by and registered to you. grap333 reserves the right to void winnings and freeze funds pending investigation where third-party payment is suspected.
5.5 grap333 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges, for which grap333 bears no liability.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being fulfilled.
6.2 grap333 reserves the right to request additional identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
6.3 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the grap333 withdrawal page. grap333 may adjust these limits at its reasonable discretion.
6.4 Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement, after which the resulting real money balance becomes withdrawable in accordance with these Terms and the specific bonus terms applicable to that promotion.
6.5 grap333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may be affected by KYC status, bank processing windows, and public holidays in the relevant jurisdiction.
7.1 grap333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the Promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Unless specified otherwise in the applicable Promotion terms:
7.3 grap333 reserves the right to void any Promotion and/or related winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a Member has registered multiple accounts, provided false information, or otherwise acted in breach of these Terms to take advantage of a Promotion.
8.1 All bets placed on the grap333 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino, sportsbook, live dealer, slots, poker, bingo). These rules are made available within the relevant game or product section of the Platform.
8.2 All bets are final once confirmed. grap333 will not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where grap333 determines at its discretion that a manifest error has occurred.
8.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, grap333 reserves the right to declare affected rounds void and return the relevant stake to the Member's Wallet. grap333 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
8.4 For live casino table games, the outcome as determined by the live dealer and confirmed by the grap333 system is final. Disputes based on player interpretation of a hand or outcome that differ from the confirmed system result will not be entertained.
8.5 For sportsbook markets, grap333 reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time, to adjust odds where manifest errors occur, and to void bets placed after an event has concluded.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the grap333 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the grap333 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 11.3 grap333's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to grap333 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12.3 Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. 13.1 grap333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
13.2 Upon termination, grap333 will return any real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any funds subject to ongoing investigation) to the Member's last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.
13.3 Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting grap333 support. Voluntary account closure is subject to the same withdrawal process as standard withdrawal requests.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which grap333 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
